Kenneth has spent 25 years in equity research and Funds management in India with a published track record of managing Mutual Fund schemes for the last 13 years. He has been recognized as amongst the more successful stock pickers in the Industry having identified a number of companies that have established category leadership in their respective industry.
At his last tenure at the IDFC Asset Management, he navigated the company’s fledgling equity business, which has just started in 2005 to take it into the top 10 within the industry in a span of 8 years. Kenneth actively managed its flagship equity schemes with a consistent track record over the decade and overlooked the Investment team towards the last six years of his career with the firm. The IDFC Premier Equity Fund was the flagship of the fund house, which he actively managed from March 2006 into September 2015. The CAGR return of the fund was 22% and amongst the best across categories.
Tenets of his Investment philosophy revolve around identifying structural changes in the environment and aligning portfolios to leadership in that Industry. Kenneth’s ability was to spot companies early on into their lifecycle and hold onto his investments across business cycles. He has been consistent in staying away from leveraged balance sheets, while keeping the focus on incremental capital efficiency. Page Industries, Kaveri Seeds, MRF, SKS Microfinance are some of the companies that have leveraged the performance of his funds over his tenure with the industry.
He is currently on a sabbatical from the corporate world, and does plan to return to stock picking in 2016.

S. Naganath is the President and Chief Investment Officer of DSP BlackRock Investment Managers Pvt. Ltd. He worked with DSP BlackRock Investment Managers Pvt. Ltd. (previously called DSP Merrill Lynch Fund Managers) from its inception (1996) to October 1999 as Chief Investment Officer. He then worked for Credit Suisse Asset Management, New York as a portfolio manager for international equities before re-joining DSP BlackRock Investment Managers Pvt. Ltd. in 2002 as Joint President and Chief Investment Officer.
Prior to his initial position at DSP BlackRock Investment Managers, he had worked in Hong Kong as a portfolio manager with Merrill Lynch Asset Management and GT Management, Hong Kong. Akash Prakash is the Founder and the Chief Executive Officer of Amansa Capital Pte. Ltd., an India focused fund. He also manages the overall market risk and acts as the Chief Investment Officer for Amansa Funds’ investment portfolio.
Prior to establishing Amansa Capital in end 2006, Akash was Director of Investments for Temasek Holdings (India). He was responsible for coordinating all of Temasek’s public market and private equity investments in India.
Before joining Temasek, Akash spent 6 years as a Portfolio Manager for GIC – The Government of Singapore Investment Corporation where he managed US, Pan-Asian and Indian investment portfolios.
Akash also spent 6 years in the 1990s with Morgan Stanley Asset Management where he was an Executive Director and Portfolio Manager of the Morgan Stanley Growth Fund. He also had responsibility over the India Investment Fund. MSAM was one of India’s largest foreign investors during this period.

Shiv Puri is the Founder and Managing Director of TVF Capital Advisors. The TVF Fund is one the leading foreign portfolio investors in public equities in India. Puri has 15 years of investing experience in global equity markets including 12 years in Indian equity markets. He has appeared on CNBC, ET Now, Bloomberg TV and Zee TV. He has been quoted in the Economic Times and the Singapore Business Times. Mr. Puri holds a B.S. degree with honors in Finance at the Wharton School and a B.S. degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
Prior to being an entrepreneur, Puri has had extensive experience in finance by working at leading institutions such as Brookside Capital in Boston, Crescendo Ventures in Silicon Valley and Morgan Stanley in New York. At Brookside Capital, he was responsible for making investments primarily in the technology sector for the $4 billion public equity fund. Prior to that, he worked at Crescendo Ventures, a $600 million venture capital firm investing in early stage companies. He started his career at Morgan Stanley in New York in their Real Estate private equity group.
Puri is member of the Young President’s Organization (YPO) in Mumbai and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). He is on the management council of Indian Business Leaders Roundtable along with other several Asian business leaders. He is one of the founders of Ashoka University in Sonepat and lifetime benefactor of the Singapore India Education Trust. He is passionate about education related philanthropic causes.
Puri works and resides in Singapore. He is an avid golfer and was a member of Penn’s golf team that won the Ivy League golf championship in 1997. For his contribution, he was awarded the prestigious Academic All American award.

Rukhshad Shroff, managing director, is a country specialist for Indian Equities and head of the India Team within the Emerging Markets and Asia Pacific (EMAP) Equities Team based in Hong Kong. He leads the India-dedicated equity portfolio management teams in Hong Kong and Mumbai. Rukhshad joined the firm in 1994 as a strategist and equity analyst in India.
Prior to joining the firm, he spent two years with Securities Analysis India Private as an equity analyst. Rukhshad obtained a B.Com. and a M.Com. from the Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics in India. He is also a CFA charterholder.
