Engine Capital LP
Arnaud Ajdler is the portfolio manager of Engine Capital, a firm he launched in March 2013. Engine Capital is a long-biased, value-oriented special situations fund that has a particular focus on activism. Since inception, Engine has negotiated board representation or settlements at 14 U.S. and 3 Canadian public companies, adding 27 board members to these companies. Arnaud is also an adjunct professor at Columbia Business School where he teaches a class on value investing at the Heilbrunn Center for Graham and Dodd Investing. He is a former senior managing director at Crescendo Partners where he managed a similar strategy. Arnaud is currently on the board of Stewart Information Services (NYSE: STC), Hill International (NYSE: HIL), and Recro Pharma (Nasdaq: REPH). Mr. Ajdler received a B.Sc. in mechanical engineering from the Free University of Brussels, Belgium, an SM in Aeronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Sean Darby is a Managing Director and Global Head of Equity Strategy for Jefferies based in Hong Kong. He joined Jefferies in September 2011 from Nomura where he spent almost 10 years as Head of Asia Strategy. Sean is responsible for equity allocation across 20 markets as well as publishing top down ideas, completing bespoke portfolio construction and writing thematic reports. The strategy team provides regular updates on the factors effecting share prices as well as contrarian ideas. He holds an engineering degree from the University of Exeter and a postgraduate diploma in Japanese from Stirling University. He is also a Chartered Engineer. In 2015, he was ranked No.2 Investment Strategist by Asiamoney.

Glen Point Capital
Jonathan Fayman is Co-CIO of Glen Point Capital, an emerging markets fund manager that he co-founded in 2015. He is the head of the New York office for the London-based firm, which manages an EM-focused macro hedge fund and an absolute return emerging markets fixed income fund, and he is one of two lead portfolio managers for the macro fund. Previously Jonathan was a Senior Portfolio Manager at BlueBay Asset Management LLP, until his departure in 2014. He joined BlueBay in December 2009, upon the inception of BlueBay’s Macro Fund. Prior to that, Jonathan spent five years at Rand Merchant Bank, a South African investment bank, as a portfolio manager on the Global Macro proprietary trading desk. He received a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics and an honours degree in Advanced Mathematics of Finance from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa.

Seth H. Fischer is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Oasis Management, an international investment manager headquartered in Hong Kong that invests globally across capital structures. Mr. Fischer founded Oasis in 2002 following a successful seven-year career at Highbridge Capital Management, where he managed the firm’s Asian investment portfolio. A proponent of corporate governance reforms across Asia, he is a frequent speaker on economic and investment panels. Oasis is a signatory to Stewardship Codes in Japan, Korea and Hong Kong, and a Sustaining Donor to the Board Director Training Institute of Japan, as well as a member of the Japan Corporate Governance Network and the Asia Corporate Governance Association. Prior to joining Highbridge, Mr. Fischer served in the Israel Defense Forces. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Yeshiva University in 1993. He is a Board Member of the Karen Leung Foundation and the Carmel School in Hong Kong, and Vice Chairman of the Ohel Leah Synagogue Management Committee in Hong Kong.
Mark Hawtin is an Investment Director responsible for running global long only and long/short funds investing in the technology sector. Prior to joining GAM Investments in October 2008, he was a partner and portfolio manager with Marshall Wace Asset Management for eight years, managing one of Europe’s largest technology, media and telecoms hedge funds. Mark previously spent seven years at Enskilda Securities, initially as head of sales, before taking responsibility for the international equity business, overseeing pan-European research and trading activities and around a quarter of the investment banking staff. He is based in London.

Itay Tuchman is Citi’s Global Foreign Exchange Head effective March 2017. He is responsible for the G10 and Emerging Markets FX trading businesses globally. From June 2019, he has taken management of FX Institutional Sales in addition to his trading responsibilities. Prior to his new role, he was Head of Markets for Citi in Australia and New Zealand from 2014 to 2017. As Head of Markets in Australia and New Zealand he was responsible for all sales and trading activity across the platform, including Equities, FX, Rates, Risk Treasury and Credit. Before his role as Head of Markets for Citi in Australia and New Zealand, he was Head of Foreign Exchange and Head of G10 Rates Trading for Citigroup Global Markets Japan Inc. Mr. Tuchman began his career with Citi in 1998 and has close to 15 years of experience within Citi, spanning Asia Pacific, Australia, Europe and New York. Mr. Tuchman became Managing Director and Regional Head of Short Term Interest Rate Trading in Europe in 2006 after the roles of Head of Short Term Interest Rate Trading in Japan from 2001 to 2003 and in Sydney running STIRT for Asia-Pac from 2003 to 2006. He rejoined Citi in April 2012 to lead Foreign Exchange sales and trading activities in Japan and added his role heading G10 Rates Trading in December 2012. Mr. Tuchman holds dual B.S. degrees in Economics and Management-Finance from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.)

Prof. Oded Rechavi’s mission is to challenge fundamental long-held scientific dogmas. He found an exception to the original “Cell Theory”, provided the first direct evidence that an acquired trait can be inherited, elucidated an alternative transgenerational inheritance mechanism (that depends on inherited small RNA molecules, not DNA molecules), discovered a mechanism that allows nematodes’ brains to control the behavior of their progeny, and demonstrated that parasites can be genetically engineered to deliver drugs to the nervous system. Prof. Rechavi is an ERC Fellow, and was awarded many prestigious prizes, such as the Kadar award, Blavatnik award, the Krill Wolf award, the Alon, and F.I.R.S.T (Bikura) Prizes, and the Gross Lipper Fellowship. Prof. Rechavi was selected as one of the “10 Most Creative People in Israel Under 40”, and one of the “40 Most Promising People in Israel Under 40”.

Aaron Stern is a Managing Director and Partner at Fir Tree Partners, a $8 billion multi-strategy value-oriented private investment firm founded in 1994. Todd Westhus is a Founding Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Olympic Peak. He has over 20 years of finance and investing experience. Prior to Olympic Peak, Todd spent 11 years at Perry Capital where he was a Managing Partner, a member of the credit and special situations team, and the investment, risk and firm management committees. While at Perry, Todd worked on many of the firm’s most profitable investments which included investments across the capital structure of companies as well as many asset classes, notably corporate, structured finance, municipal and sovereigns. Prior to joining Perry Capital in 2006, Todd worked at Avenue Capital Group where he focused on distressed opportunities across the capital structure of companies in the following industries: automotive, paper and packaging, chemicals, gaming and airlines. Todd was also a key member of the trade claims and vendor finance team. Before Avenue Capital, Todd worked in the investment banking departments of JP Morgan Chase and Morgan Stanley where he focused on high yield and acquisition finance. Todd earned a B.A. from Duke University, majoring in Economics and Biology, and was a member of the Varsity Swimming Team. Kfir Yagour is a Portfolio Manager at ION Asset Management. In 2018, Kfir launched the ION Tech Fund, a fundamentally driven long/short equity hedge fund investing in global technology companies. Kfir joined ION in 2007 as an analyst covering the Internet and Energy sectors, subsequently took over as the Head of Research, and in late 2017 was named Portfolio Manager. Prior to joining ION, Kfir spent 4 years as a senior salesperson at CIBC World Markets where he worked closely with Israel’s largest institutional investors. Dr. David Zervos is currently Chief Market Strategist for Jefferies LLC and Chief Investment Officer of
the Global Macro Division of Jefferies Investment Advisers, LLC (“JIA”). David joined Jefferies in 2010
after spending 2009 as a visiting advisor in the Division of Monetary Affairs at the Board of Governors
of the Federal Reserve System in Washington, D.C. Prior to visiting the Federal Reserve, he held a
variety of research, sales and trading positions in the private sector, most recently managing global
macro portfolios for Brevan Howard and UBS O’Connor. He began his career as an economist at the Federal
Reserve Board in the early 1990’s. He received a B.Sc. from Washington University, and an M.A. and Ph.D.
in economics from the University of Rochester. In his role as Chief Market Strategist, he provides
frequent face-to-face meetings, to the equity, fixed income and investment banking clients across the
entire Jefferies platform. In this role, David also engages in public media appearances and both
presents at and attends a variety of financial market conferences. In addition, David serves as the
Chief Investment Officer for the Global Macro Division of JIA. In his role as Chief Investment Officer,
he composes written strategy that expresses David’s views of global macroeconomic and financial trends.

Maj. Gen. (Ret.) Giora Romm is a former deputy commander of the Israeli Air Force (IAF), Israel’s former
military attaché in the United States and for the past six years has been the Director General of the
Civil Aviation Authority of Israel. Giora was the Israeli Air Force’s first jet ace, scoring five kills
during the 1967 Six-Day War. In 1969, during the War of Attrition, he was shot down and spent months in
Egyptian captivity. He commanded the IAF’s 115.

Senior Partner Roger Gladstone graduated from Stanford University in 1975, earned his Master of Business Administration from New York University in 1977, and then earned his law degree from the Benjamin Cardoza Law School, Yeshiva University in 1981. Roger is admitted to the New York State Bar and the Florida Bar. Previously, Roger owned a public financial services firm with offices in New York and Florida. He founded Gladstone Law Group in 2007 to provide legal representation to financial institutions.
In addition to his professional career, Roger has spent a great deal of time with philanthropic efforts. He has served on the boards of various institutions including the Sid Jacobson JCC, The Hillel Day School, and has been active in his alumni association of Cardozo Law School. Recently, Roger has also initiated a new clinic of entrepreneurship servicing both the law school and business schools of the IDC College Herziya in Israel. Ambassador Dan Gillerman is Senior Advisor to the Blackstone Group, and a Member of Blackstone’s International Advisory Board. He is the Chairman and Ceo of Gillerman Global, a Global Strategic Consulting firm. Dan Gillerman served as Israel’s Ambassador to the United Nations from 2003-2008. In 2005 he was elected Vice President of the UN General Assembly. Prior to his appointment Ambassador Gillerman owned and was Ceo of several companies in Israel in the Chemical, Agro and Food Ingredient sectors. He served as the Chairman of the Israeli Chamber of Commerce from 1985-2002, and a member of the Prime Minister’s Social and Economic Council, and Chairman of the Israel-British Business Council. During that period he was a member of the Boards of Directors of several companies and Banks including Bank Leumi, The First International Bank and the Central Bank of Israel. Ambassador Gillerman is the recipient of Honorary Doctorates from Bar Ilan University and the Academic College, Netanya, as well as the Partners for Democracy award from the AIFL,The Scholar Statesman Award from the Washington Institute, and other awards. Ambassador Gillerman is married to Janice, and they have 2 Children and 6 Grandchildren.
Ms. Anath Levine has experience of close to 30 years in Capital markets. In her last role she acted as Chief Executive Officer of “Canaf” Clal Financial Management and Chairman of Clal Credit Insurance; alongside holding a position as a Board Member of Clal Holdings Group subsidiaries. Prior to that Anath served as Chief Executive Officer of Migdal Insurance & financial Holdings Ltd, Vice President in charge of the Financial Markets Division at Bank Hapoalim Ltd and Chief investment Officer of Migdal Insurance & financial Holdings Ltd. Anath Levin serves as Deputy CEO of Clal Insurance and as Chairman of Clal Credit Insurance. She has over
20 years of experience in finance. In her current position, she is responsible for managing NIS 180B in
funds. Prior to joining Clal Insurance, Anath served as CEO of Migdal Insurance and Financial Holdings,
Chairman of Migdal Insurance, Deputy CEO of Bank Hapoalim, as well as Head of the Financial Markets
Division and Chairman of Poalim Capital Markets. Prior to that, Anath held several senior positions in

Amir Vardi is a Managing Director of Credit Suisse Asset Management, based in New York. Mr. Vardi is a
Portfolio Manager for the Credit Investments Group (“CIG”), responsible for analyzing, trading, and
managing structured products. In addition, Mr. Vardi runs the new issue CLO formation efforts for CIG.
Mr. Vardi began his career in leveraged finance research – portfolio strategy at Credit Suisse First
Boston. Subsequent to his work in that group, Mr. Vardi was a founding member of the Leveraged Finance
Strategy and Portfolio Products team at Credit Suisse. Mr. Vardi received his BS and BA from the Wharton
School of the University of Pennsylvania where he graduated summa cum laude from a dual-degree program.
